e-Receipts Available at LOC More and more retailers and service providers are offering customers the option to have their transaction receipts emailed to them. LOC now offers members the option to have their transaction receipts emailed to them. There are several advantages to this option: Reduces paper Reduces clutter Provides better security Searchable in email based on the retailer/service provider, date, description, etc. You can also set up a folder in your email system and store receipts there for future reference FAQ What email address is the receipt sent to? The default is the email address we have on file for you. If you do not have an email on file or would prefer the receipt to go a different email address, you are able to add/update the email for the transaction receipt. It’s important to note that this does not change your email address of record. If you wish to update your email address, you can ask a representative to do that for you, or our can update it in online banking. Are account numbers included on the receipt? Like paper receipts, the account number is masked and only the last three digits of the account number appear. Does the same information appear on an e-receipt that would appear on a paper receipt? With the exception of the your signature, the same information appears How quickly does the receipt get emailed/delivered to the member? e-Receipts arrive almost instantly after they are sent. However, this will depend on your email service provider. If I would like a paper copy of a receipt later, is LOC able to provide this? Yes, we can provide you a printed copy of a receipt at no cost.
