If you've previously enrolled in online banking, you will use your username and password to log in. If not, and you are receiving an error message, it is likely we were not able to validate the information you provided to us during your enrollment. Contact us at 800.837.4562 so we can help troubleshoot the issue with you. I tried to log into mobile banking/the LOC app, and it said it sent me a one-time PIN. Why did I not receive one? The one-time PIN went the email address we have on file for you. Check online banking if you are not sure what email address you provided. If the email address is correct, be sure to check the junk/spam folder for the one-time PIN email. If you are still having trouble, contact us at 800.837.4562, and we will resend the email. I've forgot my password. Am I able to reset it? You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? option on the login screen on our apps. Note that this feature is only available with our most recent app update. You will need to know your username and the email you provided to us. We will send a one-time Access Code to your email. You will need to to provide this Access Code on the reset screen in our app. Please do not navigate away from this screen. Please note, that if you also use online banking, this will become your password for online banking as well. It won't accpet my Access Code. How come? Access Codes expire after 60 minutes. You can request a new Access Code to complete your mobile banking enrollment or password resets. I don’t have an Apple or Android phone. I have a Blackberry, Windows, etc phone. Is there an app for my phone? LOC only supports apps for Apple and Android. You can still use mobile banking at m.locfederal.com. You will use your same online ID and password to access your accounts as you do for online banking. Please note that mobile deposit is not available through our mobile banking site.
