You can now make an appointment to see a member advisor at any LOC Federal Credit Union branch location. Appointments are available during normal business hours--now including Saturdays 9 a.m. until noon.
Appointments are also available from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays.
Making an appointment is easy, and can be done using your computer, tablet or other mobile device. You can make an appointment to:

Q: Can I use my mobile device to make an appointment?
A: Yes you can. Our appointment setting tool is responsive to whatever device you are using.
Q: Can I make a same day appointment?
A: You can make a same day appointment. However, please note that same day appointments need to be made at least four hours in advance of your preferred appointment time.
Q: How far in advance can I make an appointment?
A: You can make an appointment up to 14 days in advance.
Q: Can I call for an appointment?
A: You can call 800.837.4562 and request an appointment. You will receive email confirmation of your appointment.
Q: Can I make an appointment with my favorite Member Advisor?
A: You can make an appointment with a specific Member Advisor so long as their schedule permits and works with your preferred date/time and they have the skills to service your request.
Q: I do not see an option to make an appointment to close a loan. Is that option available?
A: When your loan is ready to close, a Member Advisor will reach out to you to schedule an appointment.
Q: Will I receive confirmation of my appointment?
A: You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. It will include an attachment that you can download to your preferred calendar. An option to receive a text message confirmation and reminder is also available.
Q: How far in advance should I arrive for my appointment?
A: We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: You can cancel an appointment by calling or by clicking on the link in your email and/or text message confirmation.
Q: Is there a fee to use the service? If I cancel my appointment?
A: There is no fee to use the service, and you will not be charged to cancel or change your appointment.
Q: Does making an appointment mean I won’t have to wait?
A: We will do our best to honor your appointment as close to the scheduled time as possible. While we cannot guarantee that you will not wait, making an appointment will help to minimize your wait time.
