Call 800.527.7011 with your account number and PIN to access the 24-hour automated telephone banking service. When you access the service for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the primary account holder’s Social Security Number. Our automated telephone banking service supports speech recognition to access information and conduct transactions. Members also have the option to press zero to speak with a live representative during normal business hours.
