The Teen Club offers something for everyone, and you'll find more than one service to meet your needs.
Savings, Certificates & Money Market Account - Ages 13-17
Begin your membership with a $5.00 deposit into your savings account. This represents your member share and must remain on deposit in order for you to participate in the services available. Dividends are paid on this account. Earn higher rates in a wide range of certificates or the Money Market Account.
Christmas Club - Ages 13-17
Save for the holiday season with this special account. Make deposits in person or by mail. The money will be available to you in November.
Goal Account - Ages 13-17
Learning to save can be fun. Set a goal, have a dream, and save separately in the special Goal Account.
Compu-Line (Audio Teller) - Ages 13-17
Obtain all account balances and more from any touch-tone phone 24 hours a day from home, or even if you're on the run.
Home Banking - Ages 13-17
All you need is Internet access, a personal computer, and your personal identification number to access LOC's Home Banking. Make account inquiries, find out if checks have cleared, make transfers within your account, loan payments, obtain account histories and more.
ATM Card - Ages 13-17
Have access to your LOC account at thousands of locations when you carry your LOC ATM card.
 Checking Account - Ages 16-17
Deposit your money in a fee-free, hassle-free checking account that offers unlimited check writing. This account also has overdraft protection from savings and/or from a pre-approved MoneyLine loan.
ATM/VISA Check Card - Ages 16-17
You'll always have access to your checking account with the LOC ATM/VISA Check Card. It's your Check Card and ATM card all in one. Access your checking account wherever the VISA logo is displayed.
Loans - Ages 16-17

Establish a good credit history by financing your first bicycle, car or educational expenses at LOC Federal.

When you have an ATM card or a VISA Check Card with ATM access, there is a $10.00 annual fee. This includes 4 withdrawals per month and unlimited deposits. Each additional withdrawal over 4 and all inquiries are subject to a $1.00 transaction fee.
