Youth and Community Development Coordinator, Part-time, Farmington
New and improved employment opportunity.  The primary responsibility for this position will be managing and ensuring the smooth operation and growth of assigned student run credit unions. This includes both the development and the growth of additional product participation by students with the anticipation of growing family accounts.  This position will also represent LOC Federal at community, financial literacy and marketing events as needed.  This position does require a high level of travel to complete your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.  A minimum of one year credit union sales/member service or the equivalent sales experience/degree is required, experience with youth programing is a plus.

Full Time Contact Center Representative, Farmington
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to Credit Union members and potential members by phone, striving to answer their questions and processing their requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring confidence and accountability. Representatives actively cross sell additional products and services that best suit the member’s needs, always looking for ways to save the member money, make the member money or offer additional security opportunities. This position requires strong listening, follow up, and organizational skills.

Tellers, part-time, (1) Howell, (1) Livingston Float, and (1) Farmington - The ideal candidate will be a motivated, sales-oriented individual who is friendly and enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication skills. He or she will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash transactions, actively cross selling additional products and services, performing a broad variety of member service functions and providing excellent service to the Credit Union's membership. Cash handling and sales experience is preferred.
