Full Time Contact Center Representative, Farmington
The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to Credit Union members and potential members by phone, striving to answer their questions and process their requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring confidence and accountability. Representatives actively cross sell additional products and services that best suit the member’s needs, always looking for ways to save the member money, make the member money or offer additional security opportunities. This position requires strong listening, follow up, and organizational skills. In addition, this position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous financial institution experience a plus.

Part Time Teller, Hartland/Howell Floater
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, sales-oriented individual who is friendly and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills. He or she will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash transactions, actively cross selling additional products and services, performing a broad variety of member service functions and providing excellent service to the Credit Union's membership. Cash handling and sales experience is preferred.

Part-time Collector, Farmington
The candidate will be responsible for performing collection activities associated with various delinquent accounts. This person will review delinquent accounts; determine probable reasons for account status and contact clients to resolve the delinquencies. This person will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls in regard to delinquent loans and credit cards, filing repossession orders, legal suits and bankruptcies, processing IRS levies, garnishments and death claims, processing credit bureau corrections and performing additional tasks necessary for the resolution of delinquent accounts
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of collection procedures and related laws and regulations. Also needed is an understanding of company policies, a basic understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code; and an understanding of the small claims court system. The candidate must also possess decision-making abilities, the ability to promote and maintain positive member and employee relations and morale, excellent verbal and written communication and grammar skills; the ability to be bonded; the ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities; the ability to keep up with a busy work flow, and be an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional, a team player with a positive attitude and possess a professional demeanor and personal accountability.
