What is an ATM VISA CheckCard?
- Normal ATM Card for Cash Withdrawals
- ATM CheckCard purchases are similar to writing a check for purchases made everywhere that VISA Debit Cards are accepted
- Purchases are deducted from your LOC checking account
- Most merchants will ask whether the purchase is to be a debit or credit. A debit requires your ATM PIN (personal identification number) to be entered. A credit requires your signature
- Credit purchases with your ATM CheckCard have more efficient charge-back rights (if you need to return the item)

Lost or Stolen ATM Card Instructions
- It is very important that you report your ATM or Debit CheckCard lost or stolen as soon as you are aware that it is out of your possession by calling: 1-800-754-4128.
- The ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER AGREEMENT AND DISCLOSURE details your rights and responsibilities.
- No matter which ATM card you have - the burgandy and silver ATM card or the Debit CheckCard with the VISA logo and an American Flag and Eagle - the number to call is the same 1-800-754-4128.
If you need to report your VISA Credit Card stolen, or to obtain account information, call 1-800-237-6211.
